Has Robert Redford never had Plastic Surgery?

Once described as the sexiest man in alive; never mind just in Hollywood, Robert Redford is now in his late seventies. Like many actors of his generation he has turned to the plastic surgeon for help in keeping him looking good despite his advancing years. While he has never spoken openly about having had surgery, his fans are left with no doubt that he has been under the knife in an effort to maintain his looks and his popularity. They believe that he has not only been through facial surgery but has also been through some body augmentation in the quest to regain his lost youth.

Has Robert Redford never had Plastic Surgery?

Having spent much of his youth out under the hot sun, he developed facial lines and wrinkles earlier than he perhaps should have done as a result. Yet this did nothing to harm his film career as he had the rugged good looks and sparkling blue eyes which stole the heart of many leading ladies as well as his fans. By comparing before and after images it is clear to see that there has been cosmetic surgery in the form of an eye lift and eyelid surgery. His eyes are wide and bright once more. Eyelid surgery is one of the most common procedures undertaken by men his age, as by rejuvenating the eye area the whole face can look younger and revitalised.

Before and After:

Despite his advancing years Redford still looks every inch the Hollywood heart throb. He seems to be one example of a male star taking to surgery and knowing when to stop. His face is not filled with so much filler and Botox that he has been left expressionless with plastic like skin, and he still has enough lines and wrinkles to be the rugged hero that his fans always wanted him to be.
